just to clarify - the huge 0,2F capacitor is there only to keep the
ephemerides in RAM and the realtime clock running for a couple of hours
after power off to short the re-aquire time after e.g. aircraft battery
change. The settings are to be saved in non-volatile flash memory of the
GPS receiver by setting "permanent" in the u-center.
