depending on the version of your board you should have something like

ap.CFLAGS += -DBOARD_CONFIG=\"tiny_2_1.h\"

or

ap.CFLAGS += -DBOARD_CONFIG=\"tiny_2_0.h\"

or

ap.CFLAGS += -DBOARD_CONFIG=\"tiny_1_1.h\"

can you copy paste the relevant part of your makefile ?
