Did you upgrade your installation recently?  I suspect it's because you
upgraded your Ubuntu Intrepid to Jaunty.  You'll need to change the
entry in your sources.list to read
deb http://paparazzi.enac.fr/ubuntu jaunty main
as per the instructions here:
http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Installation
