Our problem is that in using xBee Pro 2.4 gHz version 2 we only have a
downlink but no uplink.
Hi I had the same problem and it proved that two things were causing the same
effect.
First connect directly using the FTDI cable and make sure that the airframe
file is correctly configured.
Make sure that if those lines are in the airframe:
<section name="DATALINK" prefix="DATALINK_">
<define name="DEVICE_TYPE" value="XBEE"/>
<define name="DEVICE_ADDRESS" value="...."/>
</section>
are deleted, commented or changed to:
<section name="DATALINK" prefix="DATALINK_">
<define name="DEVICE_TYPE" value="PPRZ"/>
</section>
and test the link again using the FTDI cable.
If successful connect the modems and try again.
In my case one Xbee modem couldn't receive also....
Luckily i had a spare.
