Does anyone know about this? It seems like he has been blacklisted but i didn't know that was even possible

Can you help me  with the mailing list?
It looks like i can't reply to the mailing list nor to anyone managing the list.
All emails bounce back (only when sent to Paparazzi).

Here is the reported reason:

I can receive the mailing list but i can't reply.
