[Paparazzi-devel] Using Minutes Degrees Seconds in the gcs

I was wondering if there was someone (maybe Pascal?) who might add the option to use minutes degrees and seconds into the gcs and flight plan for waypoint locations. I ask this due to the fact that at our competition a couple weeks back we had to do all the conversions to decidegrees by hand and this definitely was a pain.
