Hi to all,
I attach a pictures of a GPRS modem, only for new developments ideas!

it is from EBAY, about $49.99 + shipping!!!
it is USB but i have opened it and it have a PROLIFIC USB to Serial
converter, so it is very easy to connect directly to serial interface
(5v level)
it have a lot of IC's, mobile tecnology is Texas Instrument.
it is full standard AT commands.
