Note that it is trivial to install and run a Debian distribution, then 
the Paparazzi system, _inside_ any GNU/Linux system, using the 
debootstrap tool (http://packages.debian.org/etch/debootstrap).

As root:

debootstrap etch etch http://ftp.debian.org/debian/
chroot etch
mount -t proc proc proc
echo "deb http://paparazzi.enac.fr/debian etch main" >> 
/etc/apt/sources.list
apt-get update
apt-get install paparazzi-bin
adduser --disabled-password --GECOS Paparazzi paparazzi
su paparazzi
paparazzi
