But dmesg says:

bcm43xx : FATAL ERROR : BCM43xx_IRQ_XMIT_ERROR
printk : 288679 messages suppressed.. and it keeps repeating this many times!

Thanks Pascal. I feel a little embarrassed asking more questions, but hopefully the only silly question is the one I dont ask!

How do I make the USB wiring harness?

Do I need all 8 wires from the "USB" header on the paparazzi going to the corresponding pins on the USB connector? Or is it enough to have Pin 1 (GND), Pin 2(+3.3V),  Pin 3(USB+),  Pin 4(USB-), and Pin 5(VBUS) only connected?

Does the USB power the Tiny during flashing the AP? Or do I still need external power supply connected to the Tiny?
