Using the MODE channel of the RC transmitter. "Large" value of the PPM 
signal will trigger AUTO2, "small" value will trigger MANUAL and medium 
value will tigger AUTO1. According to the PPRZ_MODE_OF_PULSE() macro 
from sw/airborne/autopilot.h
