 You have to "calibrate" your bitmap. You can use sw/configurator/medit :
 - Load your flight plan (or create a new one)
 - "Calibrate" (File menu): choose 3 waypoints and rename them with
their geographic coordinates (in WGS84 or UTM). Save and exit.
This calibrated .xml map may then be used in map2d and map3d.
