[Pan-devel] Watch/Ignore in 0.95

Seems Watch/Ignore is not quite working yet in 0.95.  After marking a
thread as 'Watched', Pan created the following scorefile entry:

Tracing this down the filtering code, I see that both are processed
through TextMatch. That class validated these as REGEX's (through
my_regexec). Since the values contain invalid regex syntax ($
character), the validation fails.

After escaping the $ characters with \ in the scorefile, scoring works.
