Did I write what?  pan?  Pan version 0.14.90?  I don't think my name is 
Charles...  I THINK that 0.14.90 is what people have been calling CVS 
but I am not certain so if that is what you are looking for why don't 
you post the problem you are having grabbing or building it from CVS and 
maybe someone can help you.
