That is a great idea.. it would allow those unfamiliar with the code to
learn.. and for more advance developers to comment on the design and share
some ideas of how to move forward..

I was letting my thoughts wander on the way in to work this morning and
wondered if some of the code review practices I do at DayJob would be
of any use to Pan.

Would anyone be interested in doing a small Pan code review via IRC some
evening?  Code reviews can be pretty good at finding design and code bugs.
