Well, sorry, currently the only option to disable this behaviour is, to
disable focus follows mouse mode.

Btw, I really like this behaviour and everybody I talked with about this
feature liked it too. (normally its really annoying, when you have focus
follows mouse, and your pointer is outside of a window which you "focussed" by
keyboard, then when you move the mouse, some other window gets the focus, and
that is mostly not intended. Thats the reason why focus follows mouse now has
this feature.) Well but I think the next release will get an option to disable
that feature only.
