Hello.
I'm also getting the same problem, but only in specific circumstances:
Only when there are multiple programs playing audio. The first would
play correctly, and the second would play fast.
In Paco's case it plays fast all the time because he is probably running
ESD or arts or some other thing that takes over the device first.
