Log message:
        Use #define to tell the code to use the newer remap_page_range() 
function.
        This allows a user to define it at compile time in order for the code to
        work on a Red Hat 9 kernel.
        eg.  make CFDEVEL=-DAU_AUDIO_C_NEW_REMAP_PAGE_RANGE
