Hi all,
I compiled nss-mysql using mysql 3.23.56. After that I installed mysql 4.0.12.
I use a remote database-server. I made the database using sample.sql. I
altered nsswitch.conf. I changed nss-mysql.conf and nss-mysql-root.conf,
telling it where the database server is and how to login. When I su to
'linus', there is no activity on port 3306. Checked it on both machines with
tcpdump port 3306. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Regards
Enrico
