By booting into single user mode, umounting /usr, mounting
it as /mnt/usr and copying the data to /usr, changing fstab
and rebooting the problem is fixed, I can only guess it's a
RH bug. Solution for now, don't make /usr a separate
partition on RH 7.3.

Hi,
Sorry for delay.
I am puzzled about this one. I really got no idea what it is
happening. The fact that this works on RH 7.2 and my Debian
systems makes me think it is a RH bug. That is all I can say.
