[Netsukuku-vala] update

Hello all
The process of porting netsukuku to Vala is progressing quite well. I
think I am somewhere near 1/3 of the job.
At the moment I am working on it alone. Initially someone expressed
interest in helping, but nothing more.

We have
 tasklets, microfunc and microfunc with dispatcher
 serialization of objects
 rpc mechanism
 working tcp and udp message passing
Have a look at the repo.

And Vala is a beautiful and powerful language.
