Hi,
monit supports plain authentication since monit-4.10.1 ... example syntax:
- plain athentication:
set mailserver
smtp.foo.bar username "user" password "secret"
- plain athentication with ssl:
set mailserver
smtp.foo.bar username "user" password "secret" using sslv3
- plain athentication with tls:
set mailserver
smtp.foo.bar username "user" password "secret" using tlsv1
Please can you send?:
######################
1.) network trace between monit and smtp server for message delivery attempt
2.) run monit in verbose mode (-v option) and send output
3.) you monit configuration (specifically mailserver statement(s))
4.) check your smtp server logs
Thanks,
Martin
