SHA-1 computation

Moin!

I have just added the code for SHA-1 computation for files and http
requests. The usage is compatible to the old one. If a 32 character
checksum is given monit uses MD5 and for a 40 character checksum SHA-1.

It its possible to force monit into choosing a specific hash for files:

IF FAILED [MD5|SHA1] CHECKSUM [EXPECT checksum] THEN action

If MD5 or SHA1 is omitted MD5 is used for now.
