Thanks for the clarification Mark. This sounds reasonable and should
make it possible for Debian to distribute monit using OpenSSL.

Fredrik, the next release of monit will contain the following text in
the LICENSE file, but since the next release may take some time you
are herby allowed to replace the content of your copy of the monit 3.2
LICENSE file with the following text to make it possible to distribute
monit 3.2 on Debian using OpenSSL:
