Hi,

- The home made i18n.py extracts keys (run automatically)

- The resulting po file gets pushed to transifex (automatically, too)

- The translated files are downloaded and if changed, committed to git 
on savannah (automatically as well)

- The source tree is mirrored from savannah git to github git (this has 
nothing to do with i18n, just thought to mention it :-) )

The automated jobs are performed on my private Jenkins instance at home 
because I don't want to put ssh private keys for committing into some 
machine accessible from the internet

How and when this step is performed, I don't know. I'd love it to be 
more often though :-)

According to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/maposmatic/, we have 
33 languages translated on transifex, 12 of which are more than 90% 
complete. For the generated map itself, we have 19 languages available.

The web site itself consists of 190 strings with 1627 words overall, and 
the generad maps have 19 strings with 109 words.
