Patches for nl, hr and ast sent to the list. Please review and commit as
appropiate. Portugese (pt) I left as it is as I'm not sure anymore what
our agreement on this was.

Next thing I'll do will be to update some README's pointing to transifex
and add the script I'm running on my locale machine. As those changes
would not touch any python code, I would go ahead and push them to
master myself.
