If you omit 'osm.xml osm-maposmatic.xml', so if you only give the other 
arguments, it sets up the actual osm.xml file. Well, actually it 
configures a few files in inc.

That is, unless you actually _want_ the osm-maposmatic.xml file. 
Sticking to osm.xml itself means a stylesheet update is usually no more 
work than running an svn update. If you use another XML file, you have 
to rerun the script after every svn update.
