Or: « This map has been generated based on data from 11 Nov 2009 » ?

Yes. But this sentence is intended to people who don't know
OpenStreetMap. They may not know very well the Internet/Web as well, so
I thought it was useful to make it clear it was a website address. But
no strong opinion on this.
