[Maposmatic-dev] Launching beta-test

Hello,

I would suggest launching the beta-test today. Even if the two
remaining show-stoppers are not implemented yet, we can have the
beta-testing done in parallel with these last improvements.

Can someone take in charge sending the announcement to the list of
people on the Wiki ?
