Are you familiar with using Make on any other OS? If so, you should
have very few surprises: mainly, don't assume a Posix shell in
commands and don't use commands such as cp and mv that might not be
available on Windows.
If you never used Make on any platform, I'm afraid that you will have
to read the documentation and then ask specific questions here. It is
impractical to teach you Make from scratch over the Internet.
