I have asked the config maintainers to reject any patches for adding 
MSYS to config.guess and config.sub.  The MSYS target is a private 
target only for MSYS developers.  There is no need for anyone else to 
be able to use it.  The msysDVLPR platform contains the appropriate 
changes to config.guess and config.sub; you just need to copy those to 
the source directory if you're a building an application to target MSYS.
