RE: Differences between mingw-make and msys' make

Having it in base-64 isn't a problem per se, but it would be nice if it
were a MIME attachment; then my mailer could deal with it instead of my
having to save it off and do it by hand :).

But, when I tried to base64 decode it I got an error:

  base64 encoding incomplete: at least 2 bits missing

...?
