(You might be better off posting this question to comp.os.msdos.djgpp,
since this mailing list is for Windows ports of Make, not DOS ports.)
I don't know about any precompiled packages of old versions, but you
should be able to get their sources from ftp.gnu.org and build them
yourself (provided that you have the DJGPP development environment
installed).
I'm curious, though: why do you need those old versions? Why can't
you use the latest version 3.79.1?
