That’s using the "Tor" system… not exactly dark but hidden.
You will need to have someone set up Tor on your system to be able
to get access to it at all in the first place, then make Tor offer
a Socks5 proxy on localhost, and then you can tell lynx to use it
(with the -socks5_proxy= option), which makes lynx able to access
such sites.
It will not, of course, magically make it run JavaScript or so.
If the Tor onion site uses JS, this all won’t help.
