[Lynx-dev] can't change user-agent-header

        The options menu looks like:

                                                           (options marked with

Is 'User-Agent header' marked with a ! ?  If so, you can change this in 
lynx.cfg with:

        ENABLE_LYNXRC:useragent:ON

Or, perhaps, you did not 'Save options to disk'
