control/Z maximizes the window (it's not 100% okay - on some displays
there's some error which makes it not useful, but on _most_ it seems okay)

That's a configuration file - specified in lynx.bat (if you're looking
at the downloads from my site). Specifically this setting:
set lynx_lss=%HOME%\opaque.lss
any of the ".lss" files can work.
