[Lynx-dev] No extension->MIME mapping in Gopher

Lynx 2.8.7rel.2 (21 Jun 2010) does not map user-defined file
extensions to MIME types in Gopher menus. The ChangeLog does
not mention this, so I guess more recent versions contain no
fix to this issue.

The fact that it maps extensions correctly in FTP listings
seems to indicate that the configuration is OK.
