Vaguely I recall someone else bringing this up. Wonder if it has been fixed.
If for example you have an anchor named `` <A href="#6.5"> '', it shows
up on the status line as "#%A3%B6%A1%A5%A3%B5". It would be great if Lynx
would translate that back before displaying it. FWIW, MSIE presents:
"http://www.biol.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/users/sonoike/fluo.htm#6.5" on the
status line, i.e., with legible multibyte characters. That's a real-life
example (in Japanese), if you'd like to see what's happening. The link I
quote here is at the bottom of the document, to the left of the figure
with legend "SP: Saturating Pulse, FR: Far Red Light, AL: Actinic Light".
