Perhaps. (This require some work, see LYReadCFG.c for details).
With LYNXCFG:// page, we can see a *parsed data* from lynx.cfg file
(and its included files, as well as hrefs to the files itself).
Such functionality is not currently implemented for lynx.lss:
we just show href= to lynx.lss local file.
