I tried with PDcurses 2.6, but that doesn't even compile. Partly because
of HTCheckForInterrupt(); As you probably know one cannot use select()
on stdin under Windows.
I tried MS-VC (w/S-Lang) a few months ago and there was the same
problem with and all function/arrow-keys.
So what compiler is supported for a Win32 built? Cygwin only?
