feature request 1) it sometimes happens that once you use "v" to reject all
cookies froma domain, it becomes necessary to start accepting cookies from
that domain again. there doesn't appear to be a way to do this without
restarting lynx. a negation for "v" would be nice with some way to indicate
the domain

feature request 2) it would be nice to be able to add a domain/url to the
bookmarks without actually going there or editing the bookmarks file,
because it happens sometimes that the domain is inaccessible. maybe this
facility could also be usefully applied to the jumps file
