Note the difference between ^E and 310p. If you go to the last page with
310p, you should be able to go back without missing a page, but page 310
should have a different number of lines. This is an artifact of
displaying a full page with the link at the bottom of the screen when
using ^E. This was discussed some time ago, and thought to be an
acceptable side effect of having a full screen seen when using ^E.
