Yes, the normal route works:

        ./configure ; make ; make install

But this abbreviation doesn't catch it:

        ./configure ; make -C po lynx.pot

Not a big issue but kind of nice can start to work on the translations
without comiling the binary first.  Sure, there are things more important
to worry about!
