Hello, Lyncei,
Can someone point me to where the substitute code for
absent ALT= tags is generated (identifier to grep for, whatever)?
It's somehow broken for EBCDIC. Example:
"tach_banner.gif" appears as "BtBaBcBh_BbBaBnBnBeBr.BgBiBf" -- I
assume this someone's attempt at highlighting. The EBCDIC 'B'
is 0xc2. From the page at: http://www.tachyon.com/. Problem does
not occur on ASCII platform.
