Yes, I looked through your trace, and everything appears normal.
Lynx is doing its part correctly.

Not just "not completely compatible", but for all I can see deliberately
incompatible with lynx. That's in addition to deliberately incompatible
with non-cookie browsers, and browsers with cookies disabled.
They just redirect to the cookieerror.asp page, only they know why,
even when the cookies are being sent.

They should *do* something, probably just remove an explicit restriction,
instead of just apologizing.
