I have been delaying documenting the FAQ until it's running on
ISC.org.  I don't want to have broken links between now and when
2.8.4 is ready.  The new FAQ will likely be ready in a few days.

Don't know.  Perhaps someone who knows can add it to FAQ-O-Matic
(after I announce the new location).
