JFTR, I could not post to fj.test if my letter contained only Japanese
(euc-jp). I got a message "Alert!: Message has no original text!" That
the message has not yet been translated _suggests_ that there was some
"fairly" recent addition that has created this "problem." If the message
contained some ascii characters, I could post.
