Look around line 1194 in src/LYCurses.c, and change it from
this:
#if defined(WIN_EX) && defined(CJK_EX) /* 1999/08/26 (Thu) 17:53:38 */
to this:
#if defined(WIN_EX) && defined(notdefined) /* 1999/08/26 (Thu) 17:53:38 */
I know this is just a hack, but I've reported this bug and not been able
to create a patch that skips CJK_EX without causing other problems (for
me and Borland).
