Speaking of this behaviour -- why is it that Lynx
insists on refetching a document when I want to switch
between the rendered and source views. That's really
irritating. I realize it would take twice the dynamic
memory to store both the source and the rendered page
in core -- but it would be nice.
It would also be really nice if the 'e' option worked
on remote files (by transparently creating a temp file).
