LYNX-DEV Autoconfig - minor nit if you have ncurses but not curses

I have a linux box which has libncurses but not libcurses, so the
autoconfigure scrip fails (since it says it can't find it).

It also apparently does not allow --with-color-style.  A longer
explanation of these options when I do ./configure --help would be
appreciated.

Beyond that, it seems to work fine.
