It is now, as 2.7.1ac-0.38. This (or possibly a further update from
Tom) should appear at <http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/current/> around noon
(MDT). Patches are available through
<http://www.slcc.edu/cgi-bin/lynx/patch> now.
(The previous advice to use configure is of course still valid.)
